Who We Serve: 

We currently provide therapy and medication management services for adolescents, age13 and older, and adults. Understanding how important early support is, we are hopeful to add services for children 12 and under as we work to grow our team.

Evaluations, Medication Management, and other Specialized Care: 

• Formal ADHD evaluations are not provided at our practice. If ADHD testing or an evaluation is needed or requested, we will be happy to provide referrals options to trusted providers. 
   

• We do not provide specialized substance use or D&A treatment services. If substance-related concerns are identified or a higher level of care is needed, we will support you with appropriate referrals to meet your needs.

Insurance and Billing:

• We accept most major insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare, and EAP’s. 

• Please check your insurance coverage before your first visit to verify benefits and Network status.

• Copays and self-pay fees are due at the time of service.
